Production Details of the Bed

1. Material Selection and Pretreatment

1. Wood Selection

• The main frame is crafted from high-quality hardwoods such as FAS-grade white ash from North America or birch from Russia. Each piece undergoes moisture content testing (controlled at 8%-12%) to ensure wood stability and prevent cracking or deformation from the source.

• The upholstery filling uses high-density foam (density ≥30kg/m³), which meets industry standards for rebound resilience, ensuring long-lasting support and resistance to sagging.

• The fabric is selected from eco-friendly linen or PU leather, passing abrasion tests (≥100,000 cycles) and color fastness tests (rubbing color fastness ≥ Grade 4) to ensure no fading or pilling after long-term use.

2. Wood Pretreatment

• First kiln drying: removing most free water;

• Second curing: balancing internal stress;

• Third precision drying: ensuring wood stability.

• The wood undergoes a three-stage drying process:

• Metal components (e.g., bed legs, connectors) use 304 stainless steel or carbon steel, with surface electroplated anti-rust treatment, passing a salt spray test ≥48 hours without corrosion.

2. Structural Craftsmanship

1. Frame Assembly
