Manufacturing Process

• Wood Processing: First, cut and plane the raw wood to make the board surface flat and smooth with accurate dimensions. Then, conduct a drying treatment to reduce the moisture content of the wood, preventing the wooden crate from deforming and mildewing due to moisture during use, which could affect the packaging effect and the safety of the items inside.

• Assembly Process: Assemble each component according to the designed size and structure. First, fix the bottom board, then install the sides and end faces in sequence, and finally cover with the cover board. During the assembly process, ensure that each component fits tightly, with small and uniform gaps to guarantee the overall strength and sealing of the wooden crate.

Packaging Applications

During transportation, the wooden crate can cushion external impact forces. For example, for fragile items like electronic products and glass products, by filling the wooden crate with cushioning materials (such as foam and sponge), the risk of damage can be greatly reduced.

• Marking and Protection: The product name, specifications, quantity, transportation precautions, and other markings can be printed on the outer surface, which is convenient for logistics management and identification.
