(B) Rattan Weaving Craftsmanship

Utilizes wild old rattan from Indonesia,  multiple refining steps before being hand-woven into a regular openwork pattern using the octagonal eye weaving method. The rattan features excellent flexibility and breathability, conforming to the body when leaned on and maintaining its shape over prolonged use, infusing the bed with natural breathability and vintage elegance.

II. Styling and Design

(A) Headboard and Footboard

The headboard is elevated, available in arched or rectangular contours, with some designs incorporating French-style carvings like scrollwork or shell patterns, enhanced by hand-applied aging treatments for authentic retro texture. The footboard mirrors the headboard’s style, extending rattan weaving with a solid wood skirting at the base to prevent abrasion.

(B) Bed Leg Details

Bed legs are commonly spindle-shaped or claw-shaped, designed with a gradient structure for visual lightness. Surface carvings of knot or leaf patterns are handcrafted, and anti-slip foot pads at the bottom balance structural support with decorative appeal, echoing the rattan elements in style.

The bed base features a multi-piece solid wood slat frame with silent rubber strips, ensuring stable load-bearing and noise-free . A reserved "breathing groove" along the inner frame accommodates mattresses of various thicknesses, while the inset design prevents sliding and promotes ventilation.

Selected headboards include hidden solid wood storage platforms with rounded edges for safe placement of daily items. Sufficient under-bed space allows easy access for cleaning tools and storage, optimizing bedroom organization.
